    Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. As a coach, I provide guidance, support, and motivation, but I do not diagnose or treat any medical or psychological conditions.
  3. Booking & Payments
  • The first consultation is free.
  • Individual coaching sessions and packages must be booked in advance.
  • Payment details, cancellation policies, and rescheduling terms will be discussed directly with clients before booking.

    Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. While I provide coaching to support growth and transformation, results depend on the client’s commitment and effort.
